Indian Air Force Agniveer: Agniveer Air Recruitment is done under the Agneepath scheme to give the youth a chance of four years of military service in the Indian Air Force. The application process for the recruitment of 2025 is going on till tomorrow, i.e., 4th August. Selection Process: Recruitment is done in three stages
The process of Agniveer Air Recruitment is divided into four main stages:

Stage I: Online Exam
The first stage of the Agniveer Air Recruitment process is an online objective-type exam. This exam is divided into two parts based on the educational qualification of the candidate. Candidates applying from the science stream are given 60 minutes, during which questions related to Physics, Maths, and English are asked. At the same time, candidates from non-science backgrounds get 45 minutes, in which they have to solve questions related to RAGA, i.e., logical ability, general awareness, and aptitude test. This exam is completely based on the CBSE 10+2 syllabus, and negative marking is also applicable.

Phase II: Physical and Adaptability Test

PFT (Physical Fitness Test): It consists of physical tests like running, sit-ups, and push-ups.

Adaptability Test I and II: These are two psychological tests that test the thinking ability and teamwork of the candidate.

Phase III: Document Verification

The third stage of the Agniveer Vayu selection process is document verification. In this stage, all the candidates who have cleared the earlier stages (online exam and physical test) have to report with the original copies of their educational and identity documents. The recruitment officer verifies all the claims, such as age, educational qualification, caste certificate (if applicable), and other required documents. If the documents submitted by a candidate are found to be incorrect or fake, his/her selection can be cancelled.

Phase IV: Medical Test
After document verification, the candidates are also given a medical examination, in which it is seen whether he is physically and mentally fit for military service or not.

The English paper is in English only; the rest of the questions are in both Hindi and English.

Negative marking is applicable to wrong answers.

Facilities during service
The selected Agniveers will get medical insurance of Rs 48 lakh in the four-year service period.

There will be no provision of gratuity.

During service, the candidates can avail of the facilities of Air Force hospitals and CSD canteen.

30 days of general leave will be available annually, and sick leave will also be available on medical advice.
