More than 13 lakh candidates will take part in the Common Eligibility Test (CET) examination to be held on 26 and 27 July 2025 in Haryana. For this, the Karnal district administration has completed the preparations. 53 examination centers have been set up in Karnal, where about 60 thousand candidates will appear for the exam. The district administration and police have made extensive arrangements to ensure security, traffic and other arrangements so that the candidates do not face any kind of problem. Karnal Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh and Superintendent of Police Gangaram Punia gave detailed information in this regard.
Candidates will get every facility
Karnal Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh said that the district administration has taken all the necessary steps to conduct the CET exam smoothly. He said, 'I want to fully assure all the candidates who are coming to Karnal to take the exam or going from Karnal to their destination. We have completed all kinds of preparations. Candidates will neither face any problem in coming and going nor in other arrangements. If still anyone faces any problem, they can contact the helpline number. Their problem will be resolved immediately.'

Traffic and transport arrangements
The transport system has also been improved for the candidates coming for the CET exam. According to the DC, the candidates who will come by their own vehicles can reach their examination center directly. Special arrangements have been made for the candidates who will travel by government buses. The candidates coming by government buses will first be brought to the police line in Karnal, from there they will be sent to the respective examination centers through shuttle buses. This arrangement has been made according to the route, so that any candidate can reach his center on time.
Special attention on security and traffic system
Karnal Police is fully prepared for security and traffic system during the CET exam. Superintendent of Police Gangaram Punia said that the district police has completed all the necessary arrangements. Our effort is that the candidates do not face any kind of problem. For this, we have deployed special teams to improve the traffic system on the roads. Also, police force will be deployed outside all 53 examination centers, so that there is no chaos.
Candidates should keep these things in mind
The district administration and police have appealed to the candidates to follow some special instructions. Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh said that the candidates must bring a valid identity card and admit card with them. Apart from this, carrying mobile phones, electronic gadgets or other prohibited items to the examination center is strictly prohibited. He also advised that the candidates should reach their center on time, so that any kind of hurry can be avoided. Candidates should not crowd around the examination centers and follow the instructions of the police.
