Where will you get flats?
If you want to buy a house in Delhi. So first you need to get information about the flats available under DDA's scheme. Let us tell you that DDA is offering a total of 39 HIG flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola and Dwarka Sector 19B. If you belong to the middle class, then 48 MIG flats will be available for you in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagari, Dwarka and Pitampura.
And if you come from the lower income group, then there are 22 LIG flats in Rohini. Apart from this, 66 flats of EHS category will be in Nasirpur and Dwarka. So, under SFS category-II, only 2 flats will be made available in Sector 18 Rohini and Shalimar Bagh. In this scheme of DDA, flats will be given at different locations according to the budget of different people.
How much will their price be?
In this scheme, the price of flats has been fixed according to your budget. If you want to buy HIG flats, then their price will start from Rs 1.64 crore and go up to Rs 2.54 crore. The price of MIG category flats will be between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore.
The price of flats for LIG has been fixed from Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. The price of SFS category-II flats will be between Rs 90 lakh and Rs 1.07 crore. At the same time, EHS category flats will be made available for just Rs 38.7 lakh.
Who can apply?
If you want to apply in the new housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority i.e. DDA. Then it is important to know some important conditions. First of all you should be an Indian citizen and your age should be at least 18 years. If you are applying for EWS category flat. Then your family's annual income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh.
There is no income slab for all other categories. It is necessary to have a PAN card to apply in the scheme. So keep in mind that you or any family member should not have a house larger than 67 square meters in the urban area of Delhi. People who fulfill all these rules can apply through the online portal.
