The price of flats for LIG has been fixed from Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. The price of SFS category-II flats will be between Rs 90 lakh and Rs 1.07 crore. At the same time, EHS category flats will be made available for just Rs 38.7 lakh.

Who can apply?

First of all you should be an Indian citizen and your age should be at least 18 years. If you are applying for EWS category flat. Then your family's annual income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh.
