Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. (M&M) on Friday announced that its aerospace subsidiary has received de-registration certificate for the liquidation of its Australian unit, MAAPL.
Mahindra Aerospace Pvt Ltd (MAPL) has received de-registration certificate for the voluntary liquidation of Mahindra Aerospace Australia Pty Ltd. (MAAPL), the company said in a regulatory filing.
On November 8, 2023, M&M announced that MAAPL has decided to exit the aircraft manufacturing business as part of its capital allocation process.
Under the liquidation process of MAAPL, the company has received Rs 17.12 crores as distribution of proceeds towards 100% shareholding held by its aerospace unit.
In FY25, MAAPL reported Rs 0.48 crores of revenue from operations, with Rs 16.43 crores of net worth, i.e., 0.02% of the consolidated net worth of M&M.
Shares of M&M were trading at Rs 3,508.00 (+7.10) as on 13:11 on October 31, 2025.
