New Delhi: Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has announced the launch of its AI-powered, voice-and-chat based hotel management system, Hotel Superhero, as a SaaS offering for independent hotels. The company said over the last ten years, it has used technology to launch and scale hotel brands like Treebo and Medalio in the economy and mid-market segments, which have historically been seen as unviable by other industry players. The Company is now making the same technology, which powers more than 750 of its hotels, accessible to the broader industry in the form of a cloud-based, all-in-one hotel management system. The service starts at just Rs 49/room/month with a 3-month free trial.
THV said Hotel Superhero offers hotels an 'unprecedented capability' in the form of SuperBot, an AI chat agent that allows hotel staff to perform complex operational tasks by simply giving voice instructions. Check ins, check outs, recording payments, searching bookings and many more day-to-day tasks in a hotel, which typically require 10-15 minutes each and handling of complex screens by the front office staff, can be done in seconds on SuperBot. SuperBot is multi-lingual and can switch across languages depending on the user’s preference. The company said the launch of Hotel Superhero is aimed at plugging this white space in the market. With modules for all aspects of hotel operations - including Property Management System, Revenue Management System, Channel Manager, Point of Sale (POS), Guest Communication Tools, Dashboards & Reporting, and a lot more - Hotel Superhero gives hoteliers a solution which is simple, powerful, and affordable, THV said in a statement.
Sidharth Gupta, co-founder and CEO of THV said independent hoteliers have always been the underdogs of the industry managing multiple challenges with limited resources. "With Hotel Superhero, we are giving them a partner they can truly rely on. This platform has been designed to boost profits, delight guests, and simplify operations, everything a hotelier needs to turn their independent hotels into a big business, and compete effectively with bigger chains," he added.
