- Scientist/Engineer ‘B’ in ADA: 9 posts
- Cadre post of Scientist ‘B’: 12 posts
Total posts: 148
- Educational Qualification: First-class Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- GATE Score: A valid GATE score is mandatory.
- Age Limit:
- General & EWS: Maximum 35 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum 38 years
- SC/ST: Maximum 40 years
- General, EWS, and OBC (male) candidates: ₹100 (non-refundable, payable online)
- SC/ST, Divyangjan, and female candidates: No application fee
Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio (category and subject-wise) based on their GATE scores. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for an interview in Delhi or another venue designated by RAC/DRDO. The final selection will be based on a combined score:
- 80% weightage to GATE score
- 20% weightage to interview marks
