Actress Alice Evans has shared the sad news that her brother is dying as the situation with her ex-husband Ioan Gruffudd grows even messier five years on from their split.
Welsh actor Ioan, who is expecting a child with new wife Bianca Wallace after his divorce from Alice finalised in 2022, is trying to make a restraining order against his ex permanent, following one being issued in 2022.
The Fantastic Four actor, 51, shares daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11, with Alice. He tied the knot with Australian actressBianca earlier this year, announcing her pregnancy shortly afterwards.

Amid her turmoil, Alice has now revealed her brother Tony's health has declined. She wrote on social media: "Please everyone. Say prayers for my beloved brother Tony tonight. It's not looking good."
Alice has previously spoken about her sibling's health issues and the trauma he has experienced in his life and often describes him as one of her favourite people.
Ioan and Alice met on a film set in 1999 and tied the knot in 2007 but had a bitter split in January 2021.
Ioan and Bianca revealed their pregnancy news on social media earlier this year, sharing a beautiful black and white photograph of Ioan gently kissing Bianca's blossoming bump on Instagram.
"Baby Gruffudd poppin' out to say hello!," the caption declared. The pair's announcement was swiftly flooded with congratulatory comments from pals.
The duo also revealed their marriage on social media, sharing a grainy clip of their vow exchange with the caption: "Mr and Mrs Gruffudd. Marriage now, wedding later."
Ioan and Alice initially crossed paths whilst filming 102 Dalmatians back in 1999 - during which time Alice was romantically linked to Pablo Picasso's grandson Oliver. Alice and Ioan revealed their engagement just six months afterwards and ultimately tied the knot in Mexico in 2007.
The pair welcomed two daughters, both through IVF treatment after Alice received a diagnosis of low antral follicle count aged 38. After welcoming their firstborn Ella, Alice shared: "It was as close to being in heaven as I'd ever get."
Ioan and Bianca went public with their romance in 2021 following their work together on a television series. Nevertheless, it required an additional two years before Ioan's divorce proceedings with Alice reached completion.
Throughout this time, he faced a bitter legal dispute with Alice, during which he pursued a restraining order against her. The performer and his current partner Bianca claimed they had endured a 'smear campaign' consisting of vindictive text messages, emails and social media posts from Alice.
Ioan also challenged Alice's plea for increased spousal support, maintaining that he had already forked out $400,000 (£297,000) more than required. In court papers, he branded Alice's poverty claims as 'exaggerated', dismissing it as a 'false narrative' that she and the children were left penniless.
