Marcus Rashford endured a horror first start for Barcelona as he was hauled off at half-time with the Catalans losing 2-0 to Levante - leading to a hugely critical reaction from some fans.
The Manchester United loanee impressed off the bench last week as the Spanish champions made light work of Real Mallorca, but a week on and Rashford had an evening to forget as Barcelona were facing an embarrassing defeat early in the La Liga season.
As a result, Hansi Flick quickly hooked the loanee, along with Marc Casado. Dani Olmo and Gavi came on to replace them and helped provide the spark that was required with Barcelona eventually completing their comeback in stoppage time to win 3-2.
Pedri needed just four minutes in the second half to get the Catalans on the right track before Ferran Torres, formerly of Manchester City, equalised. Barcelona found their winner beyond the 90 minutes as Levante defender Unai Elgezabal headed into his own net from a Lamine Yamal cross.
Rashford will not have furthered his case for more involvement, especially with the amount of attacking quality available to Flick at Barcelona. And several fans took aim at the Englishman.

One said: "Rashford has successfully brought the Man Utd mentality to Barca." Another wrote: "You can take Rashford out of Man Utd but you can't take Man Utd out of Rashford."
Flick refused to blame Rashford for the below par first-half performance, insisting he continues to show that he will be able to contribute as the season goes on. But ultimately Barcelona need to tweak their personnel and tactics with the United man among those sacrificed.

He said: "I think Marcus had some situations in the first half where he showed how good he is and how he can help us. This is, for me, where we have to continue. Of course, the second half, we have to change something. Raphinha on the [left] side is our No.11.
"He knows everything [about how we play]; what we want to do when he has to come inside. I think we got the right changes. But of course, when we score the first goal so early in the second half, it helps a lot for us and changed the strategy."
Rashford is in the midst of his second successive loan spell having spent the latter part of last season with Aston Villa. The Englishman was determined to seal a switch to Catalunya to play with Barcelona, where he is now rubbing shoulders with Yamal, Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski.
