Rajkot: A police sub-inspector serving in Porbandar district was booked for allegedly raping a woman in Bhavnagar.
The complaint was registered with Nilambaug police station on Friday. According to sources, the victim registered a complaint alleging that she was raped under the pretext of marriage for the last few years. When she learned that the accused was already married, she approached the police. The police detained him for questioning and initiated the investigation.
