Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, might move back to the USA after their dramatic exit to the UK from the lands of Hollywood. After packing the suitcases earlier this year, the duo is likely to return to their origin.

What sparked the rumours of Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi?Ellen and Portia listed out their property for sale back in January 2025, but now the couple has pulled out from the market, sparking rumours and whispers in the entertainment industry, according to Y! Entertainment.

The couple has a final $29 million residence, with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, that they bought in 2022. After numerous renovations, the couple listed the property for $33.9 million back in August 2024. However, the couple pulled it out for a momentary decision. While everyone thought that the house was sold, the couple put it back up for a million more than they bought it for, $29.9 million, earlier this year, as per SFGate's reports.

The realtors suggest that the couple has taken the house off the market in May 2025. Now, either the house is likely to remain unsold or a ‘never again’ USA visit would turn to be a part-time visit.
